Job Description : 

• Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) announced a recruitment notification and invites application from eligible aspirants for the various vacant vacancies of GRADUATE ENGINEERS on GATE 2014 basis.
• Aspirants those who are interested and eligible for this recruitment may submit their prescribed format of application form on or before last date which is 07th January 2014.

Qualification :

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/technology in required disciplines. All the qualifications should be full time regular course/s from AICTE approved / UGC recognized University/Deemed University. 
• The courses offered by Autonomous Institutions should be equivalent to the relevant courses approved / recognized by Association of Indian Universities (AIU)/UGC/AICTE. 
• Candidates (belonging to General and OBC-NC category) should have secured minimum 60% marks (aggregate marks of all semesters) in qualifying degree examinations, relaxed to 50% (aggregate marks of all semesters) for SC/ST/PWD candidates. 
• Candidates currently in final year of their engineering studies may also apply.

Selection Procedure :GATE 2014 marks and 15% to Group Discussion / Tasks and/or Personal Interview.

Application Fee :Rs.235/-(Application fee of Rs.200/- and banking charges of Rs.35/-). SC, ST & PWD candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.

Commencement of online Registration of application by candidates for HPCL: 5th November 2013

Last Date :  07th January 2014

How to Apply :

• Eligible candidates are required to appear GATE-2014 Online Examination is scheduled in the month of Feb 2014 – Apply GATE 2014 on or before 3rd October 2013. 
• The candidates will receive their GATE-2014 Registration number printed on their admit card. 
• On receipt of GATE registration number, the candidates need to apply to Hindustan Petroleum on-line from 5th November 2013 to 7th January 2014.
